There is nothing like putting a
potable refrigerator in your road trip car to truly bring home comfort during the trip.
Refrigeration means you can store fresh food and other cold foods-such as vegetables, dairy products, meat, "booch" and beer. This means you don't have to fuss about coolers filled with ice cubes and water-soaked food. Although campervan refrigerators are not cheap, owning one means saving money by cooking yourself (and eating healthier).
If you have a long trip in the future, or just like to prepare cold drinks anytime, anywhere, you may want to consider bringing a portable mini refrigerator.
How does the portable mini refrigerator work?
For compressor refrigerators, the pump brings the refrigerant fluid into the high-pressure condenser chamber located outside the refrigerator compartment. The fluid then enters a narrow valve and a low-pressure evaporator, which is located in the refrigerator compartment. When the fluid is pressurized in the condenser, it heats up and is released into the air from the outer cavity.
After that, as the fluid flows into the low-pressure evaporator, the temperature becomes colder. The fluid circulates between the two, keeping the interior cold while pumping hot air out to the surrounding area.
I know what you are thinking, mini refrigerators are usually not that mini, at least when packing for travel. However, the
Mailely personal mini refrigerator is very compact, 19 inches wide and 18 inches high. However, it can still hold up to 12 cans or 9 500ml bottles, although you can use it to keep cool, such as cosmetics, medicines or food.
However, the reason why it is particularly suitable to be brought into a car is that it comes with a power cord that can be connected to any vehicle through its power supply/cigarette lighter. It also comes with a plug for a regular socket, if you want to use it elsewhere, such as in a dormitory, desk or anywhere else.
